This process may include silence, gentle energy work, intuitive guidance, and moments of speaking aloud from the heart. It is common for clients to lie flat, enter light trance states, and experience spiritual insight.  This practice honors the soul’s inner wisdom and invites participants into intimate connection with their true self. It may bring forth family patterns, inner child healing, spiritual messages, or ancestral insights. The practitioner serves not to “fix,” but to hold space with empathy, allowing each person to rise into their own truth.
 
Phase 1 of The Heart Compass Path™  invites you to journey inward to explore the language of the heart. In this 10 week foundational phase, we will attune to the intellegence of the heart as a compass, learning how to feel deeply, safely, and with reverence. This is a gentle immersion into the intuitive landscape of the heart—where color, emotion, vibration, and divine guidance meet. This also begins to tap into the inner child, the ego, and the shadow and how its integration into being through silence and prescence.  This course is ideal for therapists called to work with energy, intuition, or healing—for personal and community practice.
