Presence in Practice is an integrative mentorship offering for individuals who want to deepen their relationship with themselves emotionally, relationally, and spiritually through grounded awareness and lived practice. This mentorship group is for anyone seeking greater clarity, self-trust, and presence in daily life. Participants may come from many different backgrounds and life circumstances, from relative stability to periods of challenge. Rather than centering any one experience, this mentorship focuses on cultivating the capacity to stay with oneself honestly and compassionately across the full range of human experience. Presence here is not about fixing, transcending, or bypassing life. It is about learning how to be with life as it is without losing yourself in it. There are also options for 1:1 mentorship through the pricing plans tailored to your individual needs.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. There are no refunds for purchased appointments, packages, or gift certificates however if you need to cancel your appointment and do so 48 hours before the appointment time you will be able to reschedule it to another date.
