Not psychotherapy, counseling, or sex therapy

Not sexual services, escorting, or explicit sexual acts
I do not offer:

Sexual favors or genital-focused acts

Bodily fluids of any kind

Any unlawful activity
Pleasure, arousal, or orgasmic states may arise through energy, presence, breath, voice, and attunement, but no sexual acts are performed.
PROFESSIONAL & ETHICAL BOUNDARIES

These offerings are held in a non-clinical container, separate from my licensed therapy practice.

I do not provide these services to current or former therapy clients.

Dual relationships are not permitted.

My professional training informs ethics, safety, consent, and trauma-awareness, but participation does not constitute therapy or clinical treatment.

Boundary violations, dishonesty, or entitlement will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
TRIBUTE, FEES & DEPOSITS

All fees and tributes are for my time, preparation, and energetic labor only.

Tribute is not an exchange for specific acts.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure time and preparation.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to confirm result in forfeiture of deposits.

Additional preparation or effort may require additional tribute.
MEDIA, CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION

No photography, recording, or documentation is permitted without explicit written consent.

Confidentiality and discretion are expected from all parties.

If we encounter one another in public, I will not acknowledge you unless you initiate.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participation is at your own risk.
You agree to release and hold harmless the practitioner from liability related to voluntary participation, except where prohibited by law.

Rescheduling is discretionary and not guaranteed.
